Interns gain hands-on experience with design, mechanics, and craftsmanship, guided by expert mentorship.

Design Lab

1. • Responsible for case architecture, dial layouts, and typography.

   • The Design Lab ensures that every Conquiron timepiece embodies a balance of aesthetics, proportion, and functionality, aligned with the brand’s design philosophy.

R&D Engineering

1. • Focuses on advanced material research, movement integration, and mechanical innovation.

   • Specializes in stainless steel, titanium, and ceramic components.

   • Long-term objective: the development of Conquiron’s proprietary in-house movement.

Prototype & Testing

1. • Manages CAD modeling, 3D printing, durability assessments, and water-resistance testing.

   • Responsible for technical validation and quality control, ensuring every Conquiron watch meets international performance and durability standards.

Manufacturing & Assembly

1. • Oversees the complete finishing, polishing, and mechanical assembly of timepieces.

   • Maintains the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision throughout the production process to achieve consistent excellence across all models.
